1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unprogrammed, and in original condition
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Due to the nature of locksmith and automotive key products, used, programmed, cut, or installed items are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Programmed or cut keys
  • Used or installed tools and equipment
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification

3. Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require prior authorization.

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund, at our discretion

KeySupplyHub will cover return shipping costs for verified errors on our part.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a KeySupplyHub error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • KeySupplyHub is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

7. Compatibility Responsibility

We make every effort to provide accurate compatibility information. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify:

  • Vehicle year, make, model, and system
  • Key type and programming requirements

Returns based on incorrect compatibility selection may be subject to approval and restocking fees.


8. Restocking Fees

In some cases, approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection and handling costs. Any applicable fee will be communicated during the return authorization process.
